Description
The DIFF-W welded diaphragm seal features a flanged connection with a stub-pipe structure, providing strong durability and stable pressure transmission in harsh industrial conditions. Its fully welded diaphragm design ensures excellent sealing performance, making it ideal for applications involving high-temperature fluids, corrosive chemicals, sewage, crystallizing media, and other challenging process environments.
Engineered with adjustable upper-seat and diaphragm configurations, the DIFF-W can be optimized to match various pipeline standards and measurement accuracy requirements. It is widely used in electroplating systems, wastewater treatment plants, chemical and petrochemical industries—where corrosion resistance, reliability, and clog-free operation are essential.
Supporting diaphragm sizes of 70 mm and 90 mm, the DIFF-W is compatible with both pressure gauges and transmitters and is available in a wide selection of materials, including 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy C276, Tantalum, Titanium, Monel 400, and more. Optional designs such as flush ports and welded-with-instrument assemblies further enhance ease of maintenance and long-term operational stability.
