Description

The DIF-USLP diaphragm seal features a metal upper body combined with a plastic lower chamber, making it ideal for corrosive or contaminated media in chemical processing, electroplating, and petrochemical applications. The upper section is available in stainless steel, Hastelloy C276, Titanium, Tantalum, and other high-performance alloys, while the lower section offers PP, PVC, PVDF, or PTFE for excellent corrosion resistance and reduced weight. Its enlarged upper seat and diaphragm improve pressure transmission accuracy and ensure compatibility with various piping standards. Supporting both pressure gauges and transmitters, the DIF-USLP accommodates multiple diaphragm sizes (70–160 mm) and international flange standards (ANSI, JIS, DIN). It is especially suitable for acidic/alkaline solutions, wastewater treatment, plating liquids, and aggressive chemicals, with optional welded-type construction and PTFE/PFA coating for easier maintenance and extended durability.
