Description
The DIS-SMS sanitary diaphragm seal is designed according to the SMS standard and is engineered for measuring viscous, powdery, or coagulating media, ensuring stable and accurate pressure transmission in hygiene-critical processes such as food, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications. Its structure allows for quick installation and removal, and it can be easily cleaned from the outside without residue, making it ideal for systems that require frequent cleaning or CIP/SIP procedures. The product is available in sizes from 1.5″ to 4″ and can be manufactured in materials including 304 SS, 316L SS, Hastelloy C276, Tantalum, Titanium, Monel 400, and Nickel 200. Compatible with both pressure gauges and transmitters, it supports a wide range of pressure ratings and serves as a reliable, durable, and low-maintenance diaphragm seal solution for sanitary and hygienic processes.
