Description
The DIS-DIN is a DIN-standard sanitary diaphragm seal featuring a flush welded diaphragm that ensures maximum hygiene, easy cleaning, and zero residue, making it ideal for dairy, brewery, food, and other sanitary-critical processes. Available in 1.5″ to 4″ sizes, it can be paired with pressure gauges or transmitters and supports a wide range of vacuum to 40 bar pressure ratings. Wetted parts can be selected from 304 SS, 316L SS, or corrosion-resistant alloys such as Hastelloy C276, Tantalum, Titanium, Monel 400, and Nickel 200, with optional PTFE or PFA coating. Suitable for medium temperatures from 0 to 400°C, the DIS-DIN offers both male and female DIN connections and integrates seamlessly with CIP/SIP sanitary piping systems.
