Description
The 40X series terminal head type thermocouple is designed with a spring-loaded structure to absorb thermal expansion stress and ensure stable, long-term temperature measurement. It is available in general, threaded, and flanged mounting types, and supports single or dual sensing elements. Tube diameters range from 6.0D to 17D, with customizable tube lengths and material options including Ceramic 610, Ceramic 710, and Inconel. The 40X series is widely used in boilers, furnaces, petrochemical processes, kilns, and other high-temperature industrial applications.
